Shipping Policy

 Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. A shipping notification email will notify you of your tracking number and delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over $55.

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Returns will not be accepted at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@ukiyotea.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
