Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over $55 (before taxes and discounts, if applicable).

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ukiyotea.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We review these cases individually and will work to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time.
